About the role

We're seeking a Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics professional to join us in Santa Barbara, CA. This role will be based at a teaching hospital and will involve providing respiratory and neurodiagnostic services.

• Aerosol set up mask, aerosol set up trach, albuterol, apnea monitor, arterial punctures, aspiration, assist in high risk delivery, atrovent, bag and mask, basic ekg, bipap, bivent, bronchopulmonary dysplasia, bubble cpap, capillary blood gases, chest physiotherapy, cold, cpap, cpap/nasal cpap/bipap, cystic fibrosis, direct intubation, direct intubation (neonatal), direct intubation (pediatrics), drawing arterial blood gases, emergency department, et tube, extubation, flow-by, hand held, heated, high flow nasal cannula (hfnc), high frequency oscillator, imv (intermittent mandatory ventilation), imv/simv, inhalation of flolan, inhalation of steroids, interpretation of arterial blood gases (abgs), intubation assist, lidocaine, medihaler, metered dose inhaler (mdi), mucomyst, nasal airway placement, nasal airway suctioning, near drowning, neonatal transports (inter-departmental), nicu, nitric oxide (ino), oral airway placement, oral/nasal suctioning, oscillating ventilator, pediatric critical care, pediatrics, pneumonia, pressure/volume ventilator, pulmicort, pulmonary hygiene, racemic epinephrine, respiratory distress syndrome, respiratory syncytial virus (rsv), spiriva, sputum specimen collection, t-piece, terbutaline sulfate, trach collar, tracheostomy care/management, transient tachypnea of the newborn, transports, troubleshooting high pressure alarms, umbilical blood gases, weaning from mechanical ventilation
