Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to neonatal patients in a Level IV NICU setting
- Manage ventilators, Trachs, and other specialized neonatal equipment
- Monitor and respond to high acuity cases involving surgical, gastrointestinal, respiratory, and neurological conditions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient care activities and assist in family education and support
Pay
- Pay Range: $2,455.08 - $2,577.83 per 12-hour shift
