Travel NICU RN assignment in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Start date: November 3, 2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Employment type: Travel. Facility located in Lancaster’s rolling hills and covered bridges, heart of Pennsylvania Dutch country with Amish population and a revitalized downtown featuring restaurants, boutiques, and bars. Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care for critically ill newborns and premature infants.
• Assess, monitor, and implement care plans for neonates.
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Requirements

• Current RN license in Pennsylvania (compact accepted).
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
• At least 1 year of recent NICU experience recommended.

Pay

Pay rate: $2,456.00 – $2,582.00 per week (based on 12‑hour shifts).

Schedule

Shift: 12‑hour nights, 36 hours per week.
