About the role

We are seeking a Level III NICU RN to provide exceptional care in a Floating role across multiple hospitals. The candidate will work with micro preemies and utilize high-frequency ventilation. This position requires a commitment to couplet care practices and collaboration with a Stork RN on each shift.

Schedule

• 36 hours per week
• 12-hour day shifts: 07:00 - 19:00, 3 shifts per week
• Weekend shifts as required
• 13-week contract position

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to neonates in a Level III NICU
• Float among five designated hospitals based on staffing needs
• Manage a patient ratio of 1:2, ensuring safety and quality care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Utilize Epic for patient charting and documentation

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a Level III NICU
• Experience with micro preemies and high-frequency ventilation
• BLS and NRP certifications required
• Active New Jersey or Compact RN license
