About the role
Stability Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care for a 13-week assignment in Morristown, New Jersey.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for newborns needing close monitoring due to premature birth, defects, infection, or other medical conditions requiring surgery or therapy.
- Care for the newborn under the direction of a physician.
- Help educate parents about their newborn's condition and care.
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Experience in Neonatal Intensive Care preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including 12-hour night shifts.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current BLS certification.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of neonatal care protocols and procedures.

Pay
