MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel RN for a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) assignment in Bismarck, North Dakota. This is a 13‑week travel position with a start date of 10/05/2026.

Schedule

• Duration: 13 weeks
• Hours: 36 hours per week (12‑hour night shifts)
• Employment type: Travel

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and specialized care for newborns requiring close monitoring due to premature birth, birth defects, infection, or other medical conditions.
• Work collaboratively in the NICU with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Assist in developing and implementing care plans for high‑risk newborns requiring high‑technology support such as ventilators, incubators, or surgery.
• Demonstrate clinical judgment and critical‑thinking skills while adhering to nursing standards and supervising patient‑care activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 months of recent experience in an acute‑care NICU setting.
• Active RN license.
• Current BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Additional requirements may be determined by the client facility.

Pay

• Weekly pay with direct deposit.
