VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care for a travel nursing job in Charlottesville, Virginia.
Job Details
- Location: Charlottesville, VA
- Setting: Hospital
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Hours: 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts
- Schedule: 19:00 - 07:00; 3 weekends of the 6-week scheduling period; every other holiday
- Candidate Type: Traveler

Requirements
- BLS required
- NRP in-hand at time of submission
- Dr Browns Infant Driven Feeding Cert required (can submit with that pending; has a cost of $200)
- Can submit with VA license pending
- Unable to approve time off Labor Day weekend
- Can approve 40 hours max for time off
- Cannot approve time off the first two weeks of assignment
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to infants in the NICU
- Follow hospital protocols and safety standards
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress
- Adhere to scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays
