Travel NICU RN - $2,086 per week

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN specializing in Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) for a 13‑week assignment in Edmonds, Washington. The position starts on November 16, 2026, requires 36 hours per week on 12‑hour night shifts, and is offered through a Joint Commission‑certified staffing agency.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate clinical judgment and critical thinking under supervision.
• Perform according to nursing standards, managing patient care and assisting others in care management.
• Provide direct and specialized care for newborns needing close monitoring due to prematurity, birth defects, infection, or other conditions requiring surgery or therapy.
• Work in the NICU alongside doctors and other healthcare professionals.
• Assist in developing and implementing care plans for high‑risk newborns requiring high‑technology care (ventilators, incubators, special equipment, or surgery).

Requirements

• Minimum 18 months of recent experience in an acute care NICU setting.
• Active RN license.
• BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Additional requirements may be specified by the client facility.
