About the Role

Travel Newborn Nursery RN jobs in Plano, TX place you at a 603-bed hospital with Magnet designation and Level I Trauma Center status. You will provide care for healthy newborns, support families, and collaborate with the care team in a modern nursery setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for healthy newborns in the neonatal intensive care unit
• Support families during their infant's hospital stay
• Collaborate with the care team in a modern nursery setting
• Utilize strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas or a compact state
• Current BLS and NRP certification
• SSN and DOB required for submission
• Work history should not have more than a 90-day gap in the last year

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in newborn nursery or pediatric care
• Familiarity with Meditech electronic medical record (EMR) systems

Schedule

• 12-hour night shifts
• 36 hours per week
• 13-week duration
• Start date: September 14, 2026

Pay

• Pay rate: $2,002.00 – $2,105.00 per week
• Based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation)
• Tax-free stipend amount to be determined
