Job Details

Required Experience, Skills, and Certifications
- Minimum of 1-year current acute care Level III NICU hospital experience
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
Preferred Experience and Skills
- Delivery experience
- NICU/PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit) experience
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
Leadership and Personality Attributes
- Kindhearted
- Self-motivated and team player
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Ability to be autonomous and a strong advocate for patients
Clinical Skills
- UAC (Umbilical Artery Catheter) and UVC (Umbilical Venous Catheter) insertion
- Intubation
General Attributes
- Patient care experience is a priority
- Ability to work closely with Neonatologists, Nurse Practitioners, and the multidisciplinary team
