About the role

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN for the NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care) in Nashville, Tennessee. This is a 13‑week travel assignment starting ASAP, with 36 hours per week scheduled in 12‑hour shifts (07:00–19:00). The position is based in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized neonatal care to critically ill infants in the NICU setting.
• Monitor patient progress using Philips Monitors and document utilizing Meditech & Centricity Perinatal systems.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain compliance with unit‑specific policies, including certifications such as Nursing license, BLS, NRP, and STABLE.
• Float to comparable areas of high need as required, adhering to hospital policies.

Requirements

• Advanced skills needed for NICU care.
• Procedures performed on the unit (as per unit standards).
• Required certifications: Nursing license, BLS, NRP, STABLE.
• Dress code: Navy or ceil blue, any shade of grey, or white scrubs. No long sleeves, watches, rings, or nail polish of any kind.

Pay

Pay range: $1,887.76 – $1,982.15 per week (based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week). Tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shift: 12 hours, 07:00 – 19:00. 36 hours per week. Contract length: 13 weeks.
