About the role

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care for a travel nursing job in Hagerstown, Maryland. The role is a hospital contract for a NICU Registered Nurse, starting 11/02/2026, lasting 13 weeks, with 36 hours per week on 12‑hour night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality neonatal intensive care for critically ill neonates within the NICU setting
• Collaborate with medical team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition promptly
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to hospital protocols
• Document patient care accurately using the electronic medical record system (EPIC)

Requirements

• BLS certification
• NRP certification
• 1 year of neonatal intensive care experience
• EPIC certification
• Night shift availability
• NICU II experience with neonates 29‑34 weeks
• Patient ratios 1:4
• Willing to float within scope to well baby

Pay

Pay range: $1,876.34 – $1,970.16 (based on 12‑hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week, with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined).

Schedule

Shift: 18:30 – 07:00 (Night, 4×12‑hour). 36 hours per week, 12‑hour shifts.
