Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to neonates in the NICU
- Monitor and assess patient health, administer medications, and document care in Meditech and CPNS
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Attend deliveries as required, including C-sections, ensuring a smooth transition of care for neonates
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of hospital experience in a NICU setting (Level III NICU experience preferred)
- Active Texas Registered Nurse (RN) License
- BLS Certification
- NRP Certification
