MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN specializing in NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care for a travel assignment in Nashville, Tennessee. The position starts 10/19/2026, lasts 13 weeks, requires 36 hours per week on 12‑hour night shifts, and is a travel employment type. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate clinical judgment and critical thinking under supervision.
• Perform according to nursing standards and manage patient care, assisting others in care management.
• Provide direct and specialized care for newborns needing close monitoring due to prematurity, birth defects, infection, or other conditions requiring surgery or therapy.
• Work in the NICU alongside doctors and other healthcare professionals.
• Assist in developing and implementing care plans for high‑risk newborns requiring high‑technology care (ventilators, incubators, special equipment, or surgery).

Requirements

• Minimum 18 months of recent experience in an acute care NICU setting.
• Active RN license.
• BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
• Degree from an accredited nursing
