About the Role
ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care for a travel nursing job in Nashville, Tennessee. This is a 13-week contract position offering 36 hours per week on night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), including rotating weekends and holiday requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
- Monitor and assess patients' vital signs and health status
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Provide emotional support and education to families
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and care planning
- Document patient information accurately and timely using Meditech & Centricity systems
Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of Tennessee
- Current BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications
- Previous NICU experience is mandatory
