You must have an active Idaho or compact state Registered Nurse (RN) license, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and STABLE certifications, and at least one year of recent NICU experience. Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as Isoprime and Meditech is preferred. Strong skills in neonatal assessment, ventilation management, and family communication are recommended.
