About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in Asheville, NC. This 13-week travel contract position involves working with neonates requiring specialized medical attention in a Level III NICU.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care to ill or premature infants in a neonatal intensive care setting.
• Monitor and assess patients’ health conditions, administering medications and treatments as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate families on care practices and health management for their newborns.

Requirements

• 2 years or more of Level III NICU experience.
• Newborn Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (required).
• NIC-RNC certification (preferred).
• Valid RN license in the state of practice.

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts, days (6:45 AM - 7:15 PM).
• 36 hours per week.

Pay
