Requirements
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as an RN
- Qualified applicants MUST have NRP certification
- Preferred skills include STABLE and experience with central lines (UAC, UVC, broviacs, PICC)
- Valid RN license in Texas
- Be willing to obtain Texas state licensure
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized neonatal care, including IV starts and PICC insertions (trained clinicians)
- Maintain patient safety and comfort, utilizing equipment such as isolettes, OMNI beds, and phototherapy devices
- Collaborate effectively with a team of RNs, PCTs, and physicians to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
