About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse for our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to infants with various conditions in a Level 3 NICU environment. This role requires expert clinical skills, the ability to work collaboratively with a healthcare team, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonates with critical health conditions.
- Perform procedures including Lumbar Puncture, PICC line placement, UAC/UVC placement, and Exchange Transfusion.
- Monitor vital signs and manage ventilators, oscillators, and other NICU equipment.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
- Educate families on care procedures and support them emotionally during hospital stays.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification.
- STABLE certification preferred.

Pay
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Schedule Night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. On-call required. Rotating weekends.
