Travel NICU RN - $1,694 per week

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse for our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to infants with various conditions in a Level 3 NICU environment. This role requires expert clinical skills, the ability to work collaboratively with a healthcare team, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonates with critical health conditions.
• Perform procedures including Lumbar Puncture, PICC line placement, UAC/UVC placement, and Exchange Transfusion.
• Monitor vital signs and manage ventilators, oscillators, and other NICU equipment.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate families on care procedures and support them emotionally during hospital stays.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification.
• STABLE certification preferred.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Schedule Night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. On-call required. Rotating weekends.
