Schedule Information
- Shift: 18:30 - 07:00 (Night shift)
- 3 shifts per week, each 12 hours long
Unit Specific Information
- Unit: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
Additional Details
- MGB Badge Photo required for onboarding (color photo, recent, plain background)
- Fit Test (N95) required within 365 days of start date and updated annually
- Respirator Medical Clearance (RMC) Attestation required if fit test is required
- Documentation of MMR vaccination or immunity required
- TB Test documentation required within 3 months of start date and updated if >6 month break
- Health Statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date and updated if >6 month break
- MGB Criminal Background Check within 45 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break
- MGB Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break
- MGB Resume including past 7 years of work experience required for submission
- 2 references within 4 years required, minimum 1 supervisor or above in skillset
- MGB Skills Checklist must be completed within 1 year of submission
- MGB Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form required for all initial assignments and extensions
- MGB Education Verification required for highest level education achieved
- MGB SSN Trace must be run with criminal check
- MGB National Sex Offender Check run within 30 days of start and updated annually
- MGB Exclusion Checks run within 30 days of start and annually
