Travel NICU Respiratory Therapist - $1,795 per week

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist for a NICU night‑shift travel assignment, requiring active RRT licensure and ACLS/NRP certification. The position involves providing respiratory care services to neonatal patients in the NICU.

• Provide respiratory care services to neonatal patients in the NICU

Requirements

• Active RRT license and certification (license required if applicable)
• Minimum 6 months of experience within the last 6 months in the NICU specialty
• ACLS certification required
• NRP certification (Advanced 9th Edition) required for staff caring for neonates
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• Candidates must reside outside a 50‑mile radius of the facility; local candidates are not accepted

Pay

Pay package based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation); tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

• Night shift, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (3×12‑hour shifts)

• Start date: September 28, 2026
• Assignment length: 13 weeks
