Job Details Position Description: NICU RN Req 11020. The position entails floating between units as needed, with coverage for neonates under 2 years old. The role involves participation in a 12-hour night shift schedule, offering 48 hours per week. Required Qualifications: Valid state license (compact license accepted), BLS, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), at least 1 year of clinical experience in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit; experience with patient ratios of 1:1, 1:2, 1:3; proficiency in charting using Epic; experience in a community hospital or similar setting. Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per day, minimum 48 hours per week. Additional Information: Must be able to assist with complex procedures such as arterial line management, intubation, ventilation management, and neonatal stabilization. Candidates should include responses to provided screening questions at submission, including previous work at a healthcare facility and references covering at least 1 year within the last 3 years.
