Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and provide nursing interventions.
• Report safety hazards and participate in multidisciplinary communication.
• Support breastfeeding and document patient care activities accurately.

Requirements

• Minimum three (3) years of relevant nursing experience.
• Illinois state RN License in good standing.
• BLS (American Heart Assoc.) certification.
• NRP (American Heart Assoc.) certification.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN).
• Preferred Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
