Job Notes
**Required Experience:** - 2 years of previous experience - At least 1 travel contract completed
**Required Clinical Skills:** - Experience with epinephrine, norepinephrine, dopamine
**Required Certifications:** - NRP - BLS (AHA)
**Required Licensure:** - License verification necessary
**Required Qualifications:** - Not an employee of UnityPoint in the last 12 months
**Submission Requirements:** - Driver's License - Work history/resume - Skills checklist (completed within 1 year of submission date) - References - 1 supervisory reference required at time of submission
**Other Requirements:** - Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from facility (unless Madison where local accepted with a 10% rate reduction) - Epic Experience required
