Travel NICU Registered Nurse - $2,000 per week
Job Summary
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Nurse in Seattle. This role involves caring for neonates and infants, with responsibilities focused on providing specialized care in a Level III or Level IV NICU setting. The position offers consistent day shifts and requires a committed healthcare professional with at least three years of NICU experience.
Job Details
- Schedule: Days, 12 hours shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of NICU experience
- BLS and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications
- Proficiency in administration of blood and blood products
- Central line care
- Neonatal dosage calculations
- Ventilator management (including CPAP/BiPAP, high-frequency vents, oscillators, vents)
- Management of feeding tubes (oral, nasogastric, nasojejunal)
- Management of PICC/Central lines
- Experience caring for neonates from 23-24 weeks gestation and above

- Travel assignment begins on 08/10/2026
- The candidate must be willing to float to different campuses, including First Hill, Issaquah, Edmonds, or Pediatrics/NBN units, primarily caring for newborns and infants
- The unit averages a daily census of 50 patients across 77 beds, with interdisciplinary support including physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and unit secretaries
- The role includes attending high-risk deliveries and neonatal surgeries, with no responsibility for admitting babies as a dedicated nurse handles that
