About the role

Jackson Nurse Professionals is seeking a travel nurse RN NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, at a 36-hour per week, 12-hour shift schedule in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Responsibilities

  • Provide care for critically ill neonates
  • Assist with complex medical procedures
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members

Requirements

  • 2 years of recent experience in NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care
  • Current BLS certification (certifications vary by location)
  • Valid license and/or certification in state of practice
  • Valid Driver's License

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license
  • Background check and drug screen required

  • Strong clinical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
