About the role
Medical Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Maternal - Newborn for a 13-week assignment in Show Low, Arizona.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for mothers and newborns in a Maternal - Newborn unit
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures
- Perform patient assessments and develop treatment plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and team meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Arizona
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Experience in Maternal - Newborn care preferred
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Knowledge of maternal and neonatal care protocols
