Job Description The Level II Registered Nurse, under the direction of the Nurse Manager, is responsible for providing competent care based on established standards. This role involves clinical practice, service excellence, professional development, and research underpinned by evidence-based practices. The nurse may also take on expanded responsibilities such as charge nurse, preceptor, and participation in committees. Responsibilities Provide competent and compassionate nursing care to patients. Collaborate with healthcare teams to formulate care plans. Assume charge nurse responsibilities when required. Precept new staff and engage in professional development. Participate in unit committees to improve patient outcomes.
