About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Neurology for a 13-week assignment starting July 26, 2026, in Portland, Maine.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a neurology unit setting.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to established standards.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Maine.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience in a neurology unit preferred.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for travel nursing positions.
- Willingness to work 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, nights.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
