Position Highlights

• Minimum 2 years of recent Telemetry/Stepdown experience within the past 6 months
• 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM)
• 26-bed Cardiopulmonary Telemetry & Neuro unit
• Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS
• Pre-Hire Requirements: Prophecy Dysrhythmia Exam, Pass/Fail Simulation Lab on Day 1 of orientation
• Unit Details: Patient Ratio: 1:3–4, Charge nurse without patient assignment, PCT support: 1:13 patients, Centralized telemetry monitoring, Airvo/High-Flow oxygen therapy utilized, 24/7 Respiratory Therapy and Pharmacy coverage, Hospitalist on-site during the day and on-call overnight, Patient Population: Cardiopulmonary Telemetry, Stroke/CVA, Neurology patients, Pulmonary conditions, General telemetry admissions, Schedule: Every other weekend, 2 days of unit-specific orientation
