Meda Health is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Roanoke, Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Provide care to patients in a Progressive Care Unit setting.
- Work 36 hours per week on a 12-hour shift, nights.
Requirements
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Association (NIHSS) certification.
- One year of Epic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience.
- One year of Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or Stepdown experience.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Current CPR certification.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
