Responsibilities
- Provide medical-surgical nursing care in a facility recognized as Tennessee's first comprehensive stroke center and a national leader in neuroscience
- Work on neuro med-surg floors within a Level II trauma center with CARF-accredited inpatient rehabilitation
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee or a compact state
- At least 2 years of recent medical-surgical experience
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Social Security Number required
- Date of Birth required
- Work history should not have more than 90 days of gap in the last 1 year
- Will be required to pass ECG testing during Onboarding
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Meditech electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Strong neuro assessment skills
