ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Neuro ICU for a travel nursing job in York, Pennsylvania. Specialty: Neuro ICU. Discipline: RN. Start Date: 10/26/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. 36 hours per week. Shift: 12 hours, nights. Employment Type: Travel. The Neuro ICU Registered Nurse provides specialized care for critically ill stroke patients and those requiring postoperative neurosurgery and neuro-endovascular interventions. This role involves managing complex patient needs, including patients with various neurological conditions and requiring advanced monitoring and life support techniques.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients for neurological status and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including CRRT and EVD management.
• Provide post-operative care for neurosurgical and neuro-endovascular procedures.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Neuro ICU.
• Active RN license required.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS.
• Experience with Epic charting system is strongly preferred.
