Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for a Neuro ICU assignment in Winston Salem, North Carolina. The assignment begins October 26, 2026 and runs for approximately 13.14 weeks (13 weeks).

Responsibilities

• Provide care for neuroscience intensive care unit patients, including stroke, ICP, and seizure management.
• Titrate drips and manage invasive equipment (arterial lines, central lines, lumbar drains, etc.).
• Manage ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP, and Zoll temperature/Arctic Sun therapy.
• Administer blood products, continuous IV sedation, and procedural sedation.
• Perform arterial line management, ABG interpretation, dysrhythmia interpretation and management.
• Handle EVD management, PCA administration, and isolation precautions/PPE.
