Job Requirements

  • CORE experience required in specialty being submitted to; Level 1 Trauma and Teaching experience required
  • Must have their own vehicle
  • Cath Lab will not consider tech/RN teams
  • Parking: Assigned to a parking lot, and then will be shuttled to the facility
  • Night shift: Assigned to a parking garage
  • Travelers can be expected to have nursing students, this is a teaching hospital
  • Facility will not consider any contract shorter than 13 weeks
  • Prophecy Dysrhythmia Exam required 24-48hrs prior to acceptance of a position. Maximum attempts is 2: Required for: Ambulance Transport, Cardiac Cath Lab, ICU, CVICU, EP Lab, ER, Helicopter Transport (Flight), House Supervisor, PACU/Recovery, PCU, PICU, Pre-op/PACU, Stepdown, Telemetry/IMC, Transitional ICU/TCU units

Additional Notes

  • Candidates can NOT work another assignment/contract while working for Dignity AZ (Cannot work two contracts at the same time)
  • Must be gone from commonspirit for 12 months as perm staff, to be considered for a travel assignment
  • NO FACIAL PIERCINGS AND ONLY NATURAL HAIR COLORS (no weird colors)
  • ONBOARDING DUE 1pm CST WEDNESDAY BEFORE START. THE FACILITY WILL NOT ALLOW ANYTHING TO BE PENDING, AND THEY WILL PUSH THE TRAVELER BACK IF THE FILE IS NOT COMPLETE BY THE DEADLINE
  • Level I EXPERIENCE REQUIRED PREVIOUS TRAVEL REQUIRED FOR ED, NEURO ICU
  • CERNER EMR REQUIRED FOR ED TRAVEL TEAMS
  • Facility will not consider any contract shorter than 13 weeks
