In this role, you will care for critically ill newborns and provide a supportive environment for families. Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care to neonates in the ICU Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in patients' conditions Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans Assist in the education and support of parents and families Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification Familiarity with Cerner electronic health record system is preferred Schedule Position requires varied scheduling, including nights from 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM.
