Job Notes
- Required Experience: 2 years of previous experience, at least 1 travel contract completed
- Required Clinical Skills: Experience with epinephrine, norepinephrine, dopamine
- Required Certifications: NRP, BLS (AHA)
- Required Licensure: License verification necessary
- Required Qualifications: Not an employee of UnityPoint in the last 12 months
- Submission Requirements: Driver's License, Work history/resume, Skills checklist (completed within 1 year of submission date), References, 1 supervisory reference required at time of submission
- Other Requirements: Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from facility (unless Madison where local accepted with a 10% rate reduction), Epic Experience required
