The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care, specifically within neonatal or pediatric populations. General Information Unit Specifics: Patient Ratios: To be determined Type of Equipment: Servo U & Drager VN500, F&P Bubble CPAP, High-Frequency Oscillatory Ventilation (HFOV), High-Frequency Jet Ventilation (HFJV), Vaportherm, Heliox therapy Documentation System: Epic Scheduling Requirements: 7 PM – 12-hour shifts Patient Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1+ years experience in Neonatal ICU or Pediatric ICU Qualifications Must Have: At least 1 year of experience in Neonatal or Pediatric Intensive Care Advanced Skills: Ability to independently admit and manage ventilated patients in the Pediatric ICU using Servo-U ventilators Set up and manage Heliox therapy through both invasive and non-invasive methods Familiarity with non-invasive ventilation, including the use of BiPAP and CPAP Neonatal skills including the use of Bubble CPAP, Nitric Oxide, and high-frequency ventilation Certifications Required: PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) Dress Code Uniform: Hunter Green Awards & Recognition We value our team and recognize outstanding efforts.
