About the role
Stability Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care for a 17-week assignment in Urbana, Illinois.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for newborns needing close monitoring due to premature birth, defects, infection, or other medical conditions requiring surgery or therapy.
- Work under the direction of a physician.
- Care for the newborn.
- Help educate parents.
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Experience in Neonatal Intensive Care preferred.
- Knowledge of neonatal care practices and procedures.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current BLS certification.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills.
