Travel MS/Telemetry RN - $2,241 per week

About the role

ARMStaffing is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 2 years of experience for a day shift position in Glen Burnie, Maryland. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to adults and geriatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care to adults and geriatric patients
• Maintain a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:5
• Float to other units as needed within the specialty, accommodating lower acuity patients
• Participate in interdisciplinary support services including IV Teams and Rapid Response Teams
• Administer medications and manage various medical equipment

Requirements

• Active RN license in Maryland or a Compact state
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification
• NIH Stroke Scale certification
• Epic charting system experience is required
• Travel experience is required; first-time travelers will not be considered
• Minimum of 2 years of experience

Schedule

• 13-week contract position
• 3x12 hour shifts (08:00 - 20:30), with every other weekend required
• 36 hours per week
