About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a comprehensive healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in charge nursing and exceptional patient management skills. This role requires adherence to facility protocols and a commitment to delivering excellent service to patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients, ensuring compliance with established protocols.
• Manage patient care plans and participate in the assessment and documentation of patient status.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper charting within the designated system.
• Supervise the nursing team and assist in clinical decision-making.

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 months of combined permanent experience in nursing.
• Active Registered Nurse license in Ohio or a compact license is required at the time of submission.
• Valid certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS, with credentials to be active and in hand upon submission.
• References from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty are required.
• Experience with patient ratio management and charting systems is preferred.

Schedule

• Night shift: 3x12-hour (19:00 - 07:00)
• 36 hours per week
