Travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry position in Cleveland, Ohio. Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry. Discipline: RN. Start date: November 13, 2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Employment type: Travel. Shift: 12‑hour rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient‑centered nursing care to Med/Surg and Telemetry patients.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and implement care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Float to other units as necessary while providing continuity of care.
• Participate in patient and family education.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 months of permanent experience in Med/Surg Tele nursing.
• Valid Ohio RN license or compact state license.
• Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Previous charge experience preferred.
• ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments completed during orientation.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Night shift: 3×12‑hour shifts (19:00 – 07:30). Day shift: 3×12‑hour shifts (07:00 – 19:30). Rotating schedule with potential to float.
