Requirements
- MD RN license
- BLS, ACLS, NIH, CPI certifications
- 1 year of experience
- Weekends and holidays as scheduled
- Floating within the specialty and lower acuity as needed
- On-site onboarding
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care on an observation unit with quick patient turnover
- Manage patients with diagnoses including chest pain, abdominal pain, UTI, renal issues, trauma, and orthopedics
- Initiate and document peritoneal dialysis exchanges, including clamping and unclamping
- Cover weekends on a rotating schedule and assist with holidays as scheduled
- Float within the specialty and lower acuity units as needed, including necessary documentation
