Travel MS/Tele RN - $2,077 per week

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN for a Med Surg / Telemetry assignment in Mayfield Heights, Ohio.

About the role

This is a 13-week travel contract at a hospital, with night shifts from 19:00 to 07:00. The position offers a pay range of $2,197.53 - $2,307.41 for 36 hours per week (12-hour shifts).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit during night shifts.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding to changes as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders.
• Document patient care accurately in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 months permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• Active Ohio RN license or compact state license in hand.
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required.
