Travel MS/Tele RN - $1,899 per week

About the role

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a 13‑week assignment in Orangeburg, South Carolina. The role is for an MS/Tele Registered Nurse in a hospital setting, working 36 hours per week on 12‑hour night shifts (18:45‑07:15). Start date: 10/20/2026. Employment type: Travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight nursing care to Telemetry patients in a hospital setting
• Monitor patient vital signs and communicate changes to the healthcare team
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient information accurately in Epic charting system
• Assist with patient assessments and ongoing care during night shifts

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience (first‑timers accepted)
• SC nursing license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Telemetry competency required
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Community hospital experience preferred

Pay

Pay range: $1,817.69 – $1,908.57 per week (based on 12‑hour shifts, 36 hours per week). Pay package includes a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shift: 12 hours, 36 hours per week. Night shift schedule: 18:45 – 07:15. Contract length: 13 weeks.
