About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a 13-week assignment starting September 21, 2026, in Lubbock, Texas.
Responsibilities
- Provide care to patients in a Med Surg / Telemetry unit
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures
- Document patient care accurately and timely
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Texas
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in Med Surg / Telemetry preferred

- Strong organizational and time management skills
