Travel MS/Tele RN - $1,771 per week

About the role

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a 13‑week contract in Columbia, South Carolina. Start date: 10/19/2026. Schedule: night shift, 4×12‑hour shifts (19:00‑07:30), 36 hours per week. The Registered Nurse will provide care in a 26‑bed orthopedic spine unit focusing on patients post‑operative from spinal surgeries. Ideal candidates will have strong orthopedic experience and be proficient in handling various patient diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in an orthopedic telemetry unit.
• Assist in the recovery and rehabilitation process of patients post‑surgery.
• Monitor patient vitals and document interventions accurately.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate comprehensive patient care.
• Administer medications and perform necessary procedures as outlined in care plans.
• Float to other units as needed while maintaining patient care standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Med/Surg and Telemetry.
• Active South Carolina or multi‑state RN license.
• Experience with EPIC charting system.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS.
• Orthopedic nursing experience required.
