Responsibilities
- Provide care to patients in a telemetry unit setting
- Perform cardiac telemetry monitoring
- Administer heparin protocols as necessary
- Interpret and manage dysrhythmias
- Manage patient care according to established protocols
- Assist with charge nurse duties (preferred)
Requirements
- One year of relevant nursing experience
- BLS certification
- WV License or Compact License
- Preferred previous charge nurse experience
Qualifications
- Current RN license in WV or Compact License
- Experience with Cerner charting system
- Knowledge of telemetry and dysrhythmia management
