Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients in an acute care hospital setting
• Perform telemetry monitoring as required
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Document patient care accurately using Epic charting system
• Participate in unit-based rounding and shift handoffs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure patient care continuity

Requirements

• Current California RN license
• One year of relevant clinical experience
• Current ACLS certification

Qualifications

• Experience with telemetry monitoring
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
