About the Role

As an MS/Tele Registered Nurse, you will provide care to patients in an acute care hospital setting. You will be responsible for administering medications, monitoring patient health, and documenting patient care in the Epic charting system.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Maintain patient records and documentation in the Epic system
• Monitor patient health and report changes to healthcare providers
• Provide emotional support to patients and families
• Follow infection control protocols to prevent the spread of disease

Requirements

• Current RN license in NH or a compact license
• One year of relevant clinical experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing preferred
• Experience with telehealth technologies
